Please download, fill-out, and send via email to Sharon Goudy at sgoudy@oletc.org or FAX to 304.230.7310.

TEAM LEADERS: Please make sure that you complete the entire form, especially the scenario description section. You are free to craft your own scenario, as you know your team’s training needs. If you need assistance developing a scenario, please contact Sharon Goudy. Upon submission, your scenario(s) will be reviewed and finalized based on your team’s needs and our event guidelines.

K-9 Participation
We have a limited number of scenario slots to accommodate tactical teams and their K-9’s. If your agency has a K-9 unit and is interested in participating in a scenario, please contact Sharon Goudy at sgoudy@oletc.org as soon as possible. We are asking that teams bring K-9’s only if they are chosen to participate in an approved scenario involving deployment of the dog.

Group Photos
Group Photos are offered during the Riot! If your team would like a group photo while you are on site for the Riot, please email Bob Gray at bgray94725@aol.com to make the necessary arrangements.
