– Registration Day

– Registration will be held at the South Gate of the former West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.


– A MANDATORY safety/team meeting will be held at 4:00 pm in the North Yard, weather permitting. This meeting is mandatory for all team leaders and teams who are participating in scenarios. In the event of inclement weather, the meeting will be held in the Dining Hall of the Penitentiary.

SCENARIOS

- Team Leaders are responsible for checking in at the Registration Trailer at South Gate ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED SCENARIO TIME. You must check in and verify that your team is present and accounted for and will execute their scenario(s) at the specified time. Failure to report may result in your scenario slot being assigned to a team on the wait list.

- If you see “CLOSED” next to a scenario, this is because the scenario is in a confined or darkened space that is not conducive to observers. Scenarios that say “CLOSED” are closed to observers for safety reasons only, particularly the safety of the participating team. No observers are allowed to view these scenarios.

At 11:00 am all activity – with the exception of a few outdoor demos – will halt in preparation for the 2007 Command March. Any team that is participating in a scenario is invited to participate in the Command March.

11:00 am – ALL PARTICIPATING TEAMS REPORT TO THE SOUTH YARD TO GET IN FORMATION FOR THE COMMAND MARCH; ALL TEAMS SHOULD BE DRESSED IN FULL TACTICAL GEAR;
FULL TACTICAL GEAR FOR THIS ACTIVITY CONSISTS OF: DUTY UNIFORM AND BOOTS, HELMET, TAC VEST, AND SIDE ARM IF APPLICABLE - NO LONG GUNS, SHIELDS OR ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT IS NECESSARY. YOUR TEAM IS ALSO ENCOURAGED TO CARRY YOUR STATE FLAG AND/OR GUIDEON; THERE WILL BE A DESIGNATED COMMAND MARCH LEADER AT THE SOUTH GATE TO DIRECT THE TEAMS
